We work diligently with our fulfillment partners to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom-made when ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen at checkout
Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.
Process for Refunds or Replacements
- Contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photo of the item, and a short description of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to track your order and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
