We work hard to ensure your orders are processed, printed, and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Because all our products are made to order, please review the details below about processing and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is produced when ordered to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Processing time: 2–5 business days (this includes order verification, quality check, and production).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Below are general estimates once your order has been processed:
United States

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If your tracking link hasn’t updated after several days, contact us at support@majeviapparel.com for assistance.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are certain regions we cannot deliver to due to carrier restrictions.
If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once they reach your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Ma’Jevi Apparel is not responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs processing.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We partner with trusted carriers and fulfillment centers to ensure your order arrives safely.
If your package:

Is marked as delivered but not received
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@majeviapparel.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
Once an order has been sent to production or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
